CARMA is a mentoring program designed to support early career investigators in rheumatology. Through a matching process, early career investigators are paired with established rheumatologists to enhance decision-making and satisfaction as they transition to independence after fellowship. The 9-month program (June 2025 - March 2026) includes three webinar events and monthly mentor-mentee contact.
