Post-Sophomore Student Fellowship in Pathology — University of Pennsylvania Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine

A one-year fellowship for medical students (typically between M3 and M4) to gain foundational pathology education and hands-on experience in Anatomic Pathology and/or Laboratory Medicine. Students function as PGY1 residents, working alongside faculty, residents, and staff with opportunities for research and independent study. The program has been running since 1983 and is designed to be flexible to accommodate individual interests.
